This trip is the exact 10-day route we hosted for our private group of 20 in 2026 — now packaged up for you to take with your own crew.

Same itinerary, same 4–5 star boutique stays, same hand-picked local guide.

Safaris with wild elephants, sunset hikes, scenic train rides through tea country, surf beaches and hidden coastal gems — plus plenty of breathing room to explore at your own pace.

  • Arrive in Sri Lanka at Bandaranaike Intl (BIA)
  • Group transfer to Negombo (or your own — we'll help arrange)
  • Check into Jetwing Sea, a beachfront hotel — pool, beach, decompress

Sigiriya, Pidurangala sunset + welcome dinner

  • Morning transfer to Sigiriya through the cultural triangle
  • Check in to Ekho Sigiriya, a boutique stay in the heart of the region
  • Afternoon climb of Pidurangala Rock (3 PM) for golden-hour views of Sigiriya
  • Welcome dinner at the hotel — meet the group properly

  • Sunrise climb of Sigiriya Lion's Rock — 360° views from the summit

Ramboda Falls + scenic train + Ella

  • Scenic transfer to Ella via Nuwara Eliya through Sri Lanka's hill country
  • Stop at Ramboda Falls for photos

  • Board the iconic scenic train from Nanu Oya to Ella, winding past tea plantations
  • Note: train tickets are in high demand — we'll do everything we can but availability isn't guaranteed

  • Sunrise hike up Little Adam's Peak — easier than it sounds, prettier than it deserves
  • Photography session at Nine Arches Bridge — wait for the train
  • Free afternoon in Ella for cafés, hammocks, and not much else

Yala safari + tented eco-camp under the stars

  • Long transfer south to Yala National Park
  • Afternoon safari game drive — leopards, elephants, sloth bears if you're lucky
  • Outdoor safari BBQ back at camp
  • Sleep in a tented eco-camp right inside the park — the best night you'll have

Hiriketiya + surf country

  • Morning game drive at sunrise, then transfer to Hiriketiya Beach
  • Check in at Dickwella Resort — pool, beach, the works
